Exchanges and Return Policy

The items may be returned within 7 days. Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Department. And a 15% restocking fee will be applied. After 7 days, the item could only be exchange to the same amount and same type produce. Shipping and handling fee will be apply on any exchange after 30 days.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective within first 30 days. To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team by phone at 1-916-429-1380. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us.

All of the HID products we sold on HIDspeed.com come with a three years no hassle warranty directly through us calculate from the day you receive. Buyer is responsible for Postage fee to us. For detail information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact us.
