Exchanges and Return Policy
The items may be returned within 7 days. Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Department. And a 15% restocking fee will be applied. After 7 days, the item could only be exchange to the same amount and same type produce. Shipping and handling fee will be apply on any exchange after 30 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective within first 30 days. To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team by phone at 1-916-429-1380. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us.Limited Warranty
All of the HID products we sold on HIDspeed.com come with a three years no hassle warranty directly through us calculated from the day of purchase. Buyer is responsible for Shipping and Handling. Warranty Exchange Process:Option #1
- Select the proper Shipping and Handling based on the damaged product.
- Click the add to cart and pay for the Shipping and Handling.
- Once you have paid for the shipping and handling please Click on the (Click here to Download Warranty form) complete the form and send it back with your damaged unit.
- Once the form and defective unit arrives to our department we will ship the new unit to you.
Option #2
- Select the proper Shipping and Handling based on the damaged product.
- Click the add to cart
- Click on continue shopping and go back to the warranty & return menu
- Select the Exchange Deposit Fee (Per item) This is per item so add as many as you need.
- Click the add to cart and pay for the both the Shipping and Handling and Deposit fee
- Please make sure you add on the comment box the item(s) you are replacing.
- Once we have received your payment for the Shipping and Handling and the Deposit fee we will send the replacement unit to you.
- Click on the (Click here to Download Warranty form) complete the form and send it with your damaged unit.
- Once we received the form with your damaged unit we will then refund the Deposit fee back to you.
