This deposit will be fully refundable upon us receiving our defective product back. Although, if the product is found to be in working condition, the deposit will treated as 2-way shipping to ship the product back to you. The deposit consists of $35.00, this deposit is the equivalent of shipping 1 pair of bulbs OR 1 piece of ballast only. If you need to have 2 piece of ballasts replaced you will have to pay the deposit price twice.
